At Dandy Dental & Cosmetics, we are committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and accessible environment for every patient, visitor, and team member.
We are committed to meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and to treating every individual with dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.

Upon request, we will make reasonable efforts to provide information in accessible formats or with communication supports, taking into account the person’s accessibility needs and the nature of the information being requested.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in areas of the clinic that are open to the public, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Where access is restricted due to health or safety requirements, we will work with the individual to identify an appropriate alternative.
Support Persons
Patients may be accompanied by a support person during their visit.
If confidentiality or treatment considerations require a discussion regarding the presence of a support person, our team will speak with the patient respectfully before proceeding.
Temporary Service Disruptions
If there is a temporary disruption to facilities or services used by persons with disabilities, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice whenever possible.

Available alternatives, where applicable
Staff Training
Dandy Dental provides accessibility training to employees as required under the AODA.
Training includes:
Providing accessible customer service
Communicating with individuals with various disabilities
Assisting patients using assistive devices, support persons, or service animals
Understanding our obligations under Ontario accessibility legislation

We are committed to improving the accessibility of our website and digital communications.
